HERE’S WHERE I PRESENT the results of my battles since the Warhammer 40K 3rd Edition rules were released in 1998. In 2022, I stopped playing 40K, and switched to Grimdark Future [GF]. I update this page after every game I play. I’ve given the results for:
- Fighting Tigers of Veda (Space Marines [WH40K]; Battle Brothers [Grimdark Future]);
- Sabretooth Tigers of Veda (Blood Brothers [Grimdark Future];
- White Tigers of Veda (Blessed Sisters [GF])
- Dvergar Steeljacks (proxied Orks/Genestealer Cult/Adeptus Mechanicus [WH40K]; Dwarf Guilds [GF]);
- Fearful Symmetry (Chaos Space Marines/Chaos Daemons [WH40K]; Wormhole Daemons [GF]);
- Kabal of the Ozone Scorpions (Dark Eldar/Drukhari [WH40K]; Dark Elf Raiders [GF]);
- Kurindans (proxied Tyranids [WH40K]; Saurian Starhost [GF]);
- Yblis’ Centurions (Necrons [WH40K]; Robot Legions [GF]); and
- Miscellaneous armies I’ve had the chance to play over the years.
Why Should Anyone Besides Me Care?
Well, actually, you shouldn’t care about my win/loss record (unless you plan to play me). But in compiling this scorecard, I learned quite a few things (like, for example, that my Fighting Tigers CRUSH other, vanilla Space Marines) and bolstered my confidence.
I suggest you try building your own scorecard, either stretching back as far as memory serves you (as I did) or starting with the next battle. It can be a useful learning tool, it helps when you’re engaging in some good-natured trash talking, and it’s just plain fun!
